This Privacy Policy explains how Matty Michael Hempstead (ABN 82 395 106 001) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use SlashCraft.ai. "SlashCraft" refers to the SlashCraft.ai website and Service, and is not a separate legal entity unless stated otherwise.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- account information, such as name, username, email address, login details, preferences, and account settings;
- Discord information, such as Discord user IDs, usernames, avatars, email address if authorised, guild/server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, bot application IDs, permission settings, command data, interaction data, and information provided through Discord APIs;
- project and bot data, such as prompts, bot descriptions, generated code, commands, workflows, templates, configuration, database records, uploaded assets, deployment status, logs, errors, runtime events, and support/debug information;
- credentials and secrets, such as Discord bot tokens, API keys, webhook URLs, and integration secrets, where needed to provide the Service;
- AI feature data, such as prompts, project context, generated outputs, edits, and metadata needed to generate, edit, debug, or improve bot functionality;
- payment information processed by Stripe, such as billing details, transaction history, payment method details, fraud-prevention data, tax information if applicable, and subscription status;
- usage, device, cookie, analytics, and log information, such as IP address, browser, device, approximate location, pages viewed, feature usage, referrers, cookies, crash reports, and security logs;
- communications, such as support requests, feedback, abuse reports, and security reports.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, host, maintain, secure, and improve SlashCraft;
- create, generate, configure, deploy, and host bots;
- process Discord API interactions at your direction;
- authenticate users and protect accounts;
- store and manage projects, commands, workflows, settings, and bot data;
- process payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and billing support;
- provide support and troubleshoot issues;
- detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, policy violations, and illegal activity;
- communicate service, security, billing, and support messages;
- analyse performance, reliability, usage, and product improvements;
- display and promote hosted bots, bot names, descriptions, invite links, public-facing commands, visible bot behaviour, approved testimonials, reviews, listings, examples, and showcase materials;
- comply with law, enforce the Terms, and protect SlashCraft, users, Discord, and third parties.
3. AI Training and Discord Data
SlashCraft does not use Discord API data, Discord message content, Discord user data, bot tokens, credentials, or hosted bot runtime data to train or fine-tune AI models.
SlashCraft also does not use internal project content, prompts, configuration, or hosted bot runtime data to train or fine-tune AI models unless we clearly disclose that change and obtain any legally required consent before doing so.
We may use aggregated, de-identified, or statistical information to understand usage, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- service providers that help operate SlashCraft, such as hosting, infrastructure, database, storage, logging, security, analytics, support, email, AI providers, and Stripe for payments, billing, subscriptions, fraud prevention, and payment disputes;
- Discord, where needed to operate integrations, comply with Discord rules, or respond to valid platform requests;
- third-party services you choose to connect, authorise, publish to, or use with SlashCraft;
- other users or the public when public-facing bot information, invite links, listings, reviews, testimonials, commands, examples, or visible bot behaviour are hosted, published, invited, listed, reviewed, or otherwise made available through the Service;
- marketing or promotional channels when we display hosted bots, bot names, descriptions, invite links, public-facing commands, visible bot behaviour, customer-approved materials, testimonials, reviews, listings, examples, or showcase materials;
- law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties where required by law or where necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or legal interests;
- a successor or acquirer in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Discord API Data and Deletion Requests
Discord API data is processed only as needed for the functionality you enable, to provide and secure the Service, to comply with Discord's rules, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
We retain Discord API data only for as long as needed for the Service, bot functionality, security, billing, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or enforcement.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of Discord-related data by contacting matty@slashcraft.ai. We may need information such as your account email, Discord user ID, guild/server ID, bot/application ID, or project ID to verify and process the request.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and International Processing
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, measure performance, understand usage, and improve features.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain accounts and projects, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.
When you delete an account or project, we will delete or de-identify associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, backups, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, Discord credentials, bot tokens, and API keys secure.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information.
You may manage some information in your dashboard. You may submit privacy requests to matty@slashcraft.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact matty@slashcraft.ai.
If your bot is directed to children or knowingly processes children's data, you must not use SlashCraft for that bot unless we have expressly approved it in writing and you comply with all applicable laws.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
